When LMD Homes set out to expand their presence beyond individual housing developments and highlight their work as a full-service developer, they partnered with KDD to help bring that vision to life. Having previously collaborated on a successful community website and marketing materials, we already had a strong understanding of their brand and audience. This time, our work focused on uniting their various developments, single-home projects, and land opportunities under one cohesive identity. We consulted on domain names, redesigned their logo, designed and built a new website, and created marketing materials that showcased the full scope of what LMD Homes offers, all while staying true to their established reputation for quality and craftsmanship.
